A local jurisdiction in Tennessee requires all dwellings over 5,000 square feet to be structurally analyzed by a licensed engineer prior to issuing a building permit for the structure. DURIN Engineering provided structural analysis of this structure and an engineering letter of conformance to the local jurisdiction. The dwelling includes approximately 13,711 square feet of conditioned area with an approximate 7,163 square feet of additional space under roof. The basement was constructed of Superior Walls with an integrated slab. The main structure is four stories tall while the garage is two stories.
